Extremeley rare 1976 album by The Peak Folk issued on the collectible Folk Heritage label in a beautiful textured sleeve.

Folk Heritage never pressed albums in large quantities and most were sold by artists themselves at the folk clubs where they performed.

Horncastle Fayre is an incredibly rare 1973 album of medieval folk by The Bull Minstrels, and issued in tiny quantities on an obscure label.

The album is sometimes listed as being by Horncastle Fayre but a reading of the sleeve notes makes it clear that the group are The Bull Minstrels, so called because they recorded at the Bull Hotel.

The group are a seven piece band and they tackle traditional material such as Foggy Den, Pastime With Good Company, and John Barleycorn using Crumhorns, Recorders, Psaltery as well as more modern instruments.

Scarce 1975 issue on the welsh language label Sain.

This is a concept album featuring some of the biggest names on the contemporary welsh Rock/Folk scene including Heather Jones, Cleif Harpwood, Sidan, Ac, Eraill and Hergest.

Sain only pressed in small quantities aimed at Welsh speakers and all their Rock/Folk output have become very collectible.

One of the rarest albums on the collectible Westwood label, Friends O' Mine is a 1972 album often listed under the name Friend's O' Mine but it's actually by the folk duo Hugh Trethowan and Mark Kjeldsen backed by Dave Lewry and Brian Murray.

The songs are self composed and ONLY 250 COPIES were pressed making it a tough one to find !

Folk Matters is a scarce 1973 album by Derek Sarjeant and Hazel King - probably only 99 copies pressed-by this folk duo supported by Steve Benbow and Paddy Marchant.

They tackle traditional material including 'Brigg Fair' and 'A Sailor's Life'.

The sleeve was designed and printed by Hazel King and this copy has been autographed by both Hazel and Derek.

'Like an Old Fashioned Waltz' is the third solo album from Sandy Denny the UK's finest female folk singer.

Issued in 1974 this is an original pressing on the Palm/Pink Rim label and in a gatefold sleeve.

As usual, Sandy is backed by the cream of British folk musicians including Richard Thompson, Danny Thompson and Jerry Donahue.

Heather Jones is a crucial figure in the development of Welsh folk/rock.

She was a member of legendary trio Bara Menyn along with Meic Stevens and this is her debut solo album issued in 1974 which features the cream of the Welsh scene of the time including Meic Stevens, Geraint Jarman, Hefin Ellis and Gary Rickard.

Like all rock/folk albums on the Welsh Sain label, 'Mae'r Olwyn Yn Troi' is rare and very collectible.
